The gas ducts of the boilers must be gas-tight, durable and strong. They must withstand the high temperature of gases leaving the boiler. Connecting tees of round gas ducts (pipes) experience increased loads (mechanical and aerodynamic) due to thermal expansion of the metal and aerodynamic resistance of the tees.
To reinforce welds at the junctions of round gas ducts, collars are used - strips of metal over the weld. Specify the geometric dimensions of the fitting and the program will draw a sketch of the collar on the site.
